Hi, here's some petrol saving tips.

Someone who has been in petroleum pipeline business for about 31 years and
is currently working for the Kinder-Morgan Pipeline in San Jose, CA wrote
the following information:

We deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period from the pipe line;
one day it's diesel, the next day it's jet fuel and gasoline. We have 34
storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons.

Here are some tricks to help you get your money's worth.

   Fill up your car or truck in the morning when the temperature is still
   cool. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried
   below ground; and the colder the ground, the denser the gasoline. When
   it gets warmer gasoline expands, so if you're filling up in the
   afternoon or in the evening, what should be a
   gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific
   gravity and temperature of the fuel (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, ethanol
   and other petroleum products) are significant. Every truckload that we
   load is temperature-compensated so that the indicated gallonage is
   actually the amount pumped. A one-degree rise in temperature is a big
   deal for businesses, but service stations don't have temperature
   compensation at their pumps.

   If a tanker truck is filling the station's tank at the time you want to
   buy gas, do not fill up; most likely dirt and sludge in the tank is
   being stirred up when gas is being
   delivered, and you might be transferring that dirt from the bottom of
   their tank into your car's tank.

   Fill up when your gas tank is half-full (or half-empty), because the
   more gas you have in your tank the less air there is and gasoline
   evaporates rapidly, especially when it's warm. (Gasoline storage tanks
   have an internal floating 'roof' membrane
   to act as a barrier between the gas and the atmosphere, thereby
   minimizing evaporation.)

   If you look at the trigger you'll see that it has three delivery
   settings: slow, medium and high. When you're filling up do not squeeze
   the trigger of the nozzle to the high setting. You should be pumping at
   the slow setting, thereby minimizing vapors created while you are
   pumping. Hoses at the pump are corrugated; the corrugations act as a
   return path for vapor recovery from gas that already has been metered.
   If you are pumping at the high setting, the agitated gasoline contains
   more vapor, which is being sucked back into  the underground tank, so
   you're getting less gas for your
   money.

RM35 million Swisscash monies held overseas ordered to be transferred back to Malaysia

The Securities Commission (SC) achieved a breakthrough in its civil enforcement case against Swisscash internet investment scheme when it secured a Court Order to direct one of the defendants, Amir Hassan, to transfer back to Malaysia all Swisscash monies held in bank accounts overseas within seven days.

Approximately RM35 million is currently held in six bank accounts in Hong Kong and eight bank accounts in Singapore. As Swisscash is a worldwide scam that operates in the borderless Internet realm, the SC is working closely with regulators from seven other countries to combat these illegal activities. This cross-jurisdictional collaboration has led to the discovery of valuable information that has facilitated investigations.

Once transferred back to Malaysia, the monies will be subject to the worldwide Mareva freezing orders pending the outcome of civil proceedings filed by the SC earlier this year against Amir Hassan, Albert Lee Kee Sien, Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe, Dynamic Revolution Sdn Bhd, Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) S.A., SMF International Limited and SMF (1948) International Limited.

This achievement in SC's civil proceedings ensures that Swisscash monies are held safely, and within the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts so they can be subject to any order made in the proceedings.

Investors are again reminded that neither Swiss Mutual Fund nor Swisscash are licensed by the SC. To date, the SC has blocked four websites related to Swisscash namely www.swisscash.net, www.swisscash.biz, www.swissmutualfund.biz and www.swisscashguide.com.

SC will continue to take all measures to combat investment scams including blocking access to more websites, and taking appropriate enforcement action against its operators and agents.

SC Obtains Worldwide Mareva Injunction Against Swisscash Investment

KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 (Bernama) -- In what is a milestone enforcement action against investment scams, the Securities Commission has obtained a worldwide Mareva injunction against persons involved in the Swisscash investment scam preventing them from disposing assets in and outside Malaysia.

The SC also announced it has blocked access to two more websites offering illegal investment schemes -- www.eaindex.com & www.winifund.com -- offering illegal investment schemes, bring to 10 the total number of websites blocked so far.

The Mareva was sought by the SC following the filing of a civil suit against defendants Albert Lee Kee Sien, Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe, Amir bin Hassan, Dynamic Revolution Sdn Bhd, Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) S.A, SMF International Limited and SMF (1948) International Limited, SC said in a statement here Tuesday.

The injunction was obtained on June 21 this year.

The Mareva restrains and prohibits the defendants from carrying on the business of Swisscash, targeting, soliciting and collecting funds from the public for investments in Swisscash or any other internet investment scheme.

The defendants also cannot host or operate the Swisscash websites or operate any other such websites which solicit investments for Swisscash or any other internet investment scheme.

None of the defendants in the Swisscash scheme are licensed or approved by the SC to carry out fund management activities, it said.

SC said it secured the Mareva following its investigation on the scheme under the Securities Industry Act 1983 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001.

Top Investors of SwissCash are in trouble in Malaysia

IN KUALA LUMPUR by Business Times on 3 JUL 2007

IN an unusual move, the Securities Commission, Malaysia's capital
markets regulator, has taken civil action against the promoters of an
alleged investment scam over the Internet that could have bilked
Malaysian and other investors by as much as RM285.5 million (S$126.7
million).

In documents lodged with the High Court of Malaya, the regulator
accused the promoters of 'dishonesty' and 'fraud', of operating
without the necessary fund management and investment licences, and of
money laundering - all offences that are criminally punishable.

Indeed, it might be added that the promoters of the alleged scam
would have also fallen foul of Malaysian banking laws for accepting
deposits without a licence. But the central bank wasn't involved and
the Commission chose to take the civil route, in tacit
acknowledgement, perhaps, of the generally unsuccessful nature of
previous prosecutions.

Quite apart from the presumption of fraud implicit in the investor
schemes, the action of the authorities also signals an attempt to
police the Internet - at least for Malaysian investors - through
judicial means.

On June 21, the High Court granted sweeping injunctions to the
Commission to freeze the assets - primarily deposits in Malaysian
banks - of three Malaysians and four companies linked to the
individuals. The promoters named by the SC are Albert Lee Kie Sien,
Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe and Amir Hassan who, the Commission alleges, used
their so-called Swiss Mutual Fund and SwissCash as high-yield schemes
that promised investors '300 per cent returns over 15 months.'

The government has already blocked the websites but the court further
restrained the defendants from continuing to promote their schemes.

Meanwhile, when full trial begins, the SC is also asking that all the
monies collected by the trio be returned for redistribution to
investors as well as costs and other relief. It isn't clear if the
case will be even fought at all: according to the SC affidavits, none
of the promoters, except Mr Amir, have inquired about the freezing of
their and their companies' bank accounts. Neither has there been any
attempt to lift the injunctions.

According to the affidavits, the Commission was first alerted of the
schemes after Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission placed
SwissCash on a list of scam websites following complaints from Hong
Kong investors. This was followed by a denial from the Swiss Embassy
in Kuala Lumpur that SwissCash had any Swiss roots.

It isn't even clear how far flung the schemes were. The affidavits
state that SwissCash was under investigation by the Jersey Financial
Services Commission which froze one of Mr Lee's accounts in Barclays
Bank there in December last year. When Mr Lee asked the bank to close
his account, which had over US$1.7 million, and transfer it to Julius
Baer (Singapore) Ltd, the bank refused citing the police investigation.

Clearly, Hong Kong investors were also involved. The affidavits said
that SwissCash investors were told to transfer their monies to a HSBC
account in Hong Kong operated by Mr Amir. In April, according to the
affidavits, the account's balance stood at nearly HK$16 million (S
$3.1 million).

It is believed that Malaysian and other investors may have handed

Peaceful Picketing against Internet Censorship on July 14, 2007

I come across this post that peaceful picketing will be held on July 14, 2007 against internet censorship. It's about a month from SC's last notice dated June 15, 2007 that they are no longer accepting Malaysians as new investors in response to the Internet Service Provider's denial of access to its website at http://www.swisscash.net. Investors from other countries can still login to SwissCash website via proxy or without proxy. Hence I come to the conclusion that SwissCash Admin also filtered Malaysian ID bearing affix "my" as proxy usage may compromise the security of its database.

Internet Censorship has been enforced in Malaysia

Is Internet Censorship justified or not?

The latest concern about Internet censorship was triggered by a joint action by several authorities--Securities Commission (SC), Bank Negara Malaysia (central bank), Internet regulator Malaysian Communications Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and CyberSecurity Malaysia--in closing down several Web sites in the name of nabbing fraudulent investment schemes.

In a press statement released June 12, the Securities Commission said it has collaborated with MCMC to block access to six Web sites, namely www.abbfund.com or www.abfund.us, www.cfdventure.com, www.swedenfund.com, www.uebond.com, www.esuissefund.com or www.efmf.com.pa and www.ecashfinance.com.

More scam Web sites will be blocked in the next few months, the SC said. It has identified some 60 Web sites that are involved in illegal cyber investments.

The alleged scam, known as SwissCash or Swiss Mutual Fund, claimed that investors' funds were channeled to business activities ranging from oil exploration to shipping and agriculture in the Caribbean.

Investors were required to pay a registration fee of US$30 (RM103.50) to join the scheme, which allegedly offered huge returns for a minimum investment of US$100 .

Meanwhile, the central bank, which regulates the banking industry and financial institutions, and the SC, which regulates the investment and equity market, have begun joint operations with the police in tracking down such illegal e-investment activities.

At the same time, the Inspector-General of Police, Musa Hassan, has asked for new laws to be introduced to prosecute Internet scam operators.

He said, the present set of laws only provide for the police to take action under the Commercial Crimes Investigation Department (JSJK) on cases of cheating that involves sale, purchase and renting of land, welfare aids, lottery, Ah Long (loan-sharks), scratch-and-win schemes, bomoh (witches) services, SMS and auctioning of customs confiscated goods.

"Investment through the Internet involving the illegal collection of deposits comes under the jurisdiction of the central bank unless it can be classified as a cheating case," the IGP was quoted as saying in the press.

The activities of the Internet scam operators are currently being investigated under sub-section 25 (1) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (Bafia) and the Prevention of Modified Illicit Money and Prevention of Terrorism Funding Act 2001.

The SC also stated that an illegal deposit-taking operator can be jailed up to 10 years or fined RM10 million, or both.

The fear
Concerned with the implications of the precedence of blocking access to the Websites, Screenshots reader P. Nair wrote:

Personally, I'm happy to see that the SC is paying attention to this matter. I've personally contacted the SC about these Web sites in the past and have suggested to them to take some actions to ward these investors from being scammed.

However, blocking these Web sites is actually censorship of the Internet and, as I'm sure you know, the MSC Bill of Guarantees ensures that the Internet cannot be censored.

BLOGGER'S NOTE: The MSC Bill of Guarantees Clause 7 stipulates that there shall not be Internet censorship to attract foreign investors to participate in the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) projects which was launched in 1996.

In my point of view, the MCMC or the ISPs might take this lead and first start playing the "morality card" to block access to pornographic sites. Then bolstered by mass public support, they may be bold enough to play some "national harmony card" to then start blocking access to politically critical Web sites and might even go to the extent of censoring foreign news.

My hope is that this issue can be brought to light as there are other ways to tackle scam sites. One such way would be to redirect a user to a page that warns the user of the nature of the Web site and then giving the user the option to continue or to stop.

Nair's views were echoed by reader Irina: "I am against these illegal online schemes but doesn't this violates the MSC Bill of Guarantees?"

On the other hand, several bloggers SMSed and emailed Screenshots to express similar concerns. One had pointed to a blog entry by TV Smith:

Some greedy sods got burned by some dubious online investment schemes and who do they blame? The Internet, of course. How different is this from the guy who was approached by a stranger on the street flashing a Rolex under his jacket? The buyer thinks he can earn a fast buck by reselling it.

Outside the Internet, there are a thousand more cepat kaya schemes with similar modus operandi floating around. Heck, even a lawyer was sending loads of money to Nigerian scammers who used snail mail. But never blame it on one's own greed and stupidity, blame it on the Internet.

The general consensus is that while the authorities should come down hard on the scam operators, they should spare the Internet.

Instead of blocking access to the Web sites, the authorities should augment their raids and prosecution with sustained campaigns to educate the gullible public on the perils of such Internet investment schemes.

There are seemingly some serious questions about the true identity, business practices and financial status of Swisscash sub-sector of Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 S.A. But a thorough understanding on their practices is required before jumping to the conclusion.

Non-disclosure of International Business Company (IBC) Registration Number even though they have been requested to do so. Any local company will have to state the company registration number for verification, what more for an international company! There is no document to prove that Swisscash’s parent company Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 S.A. originates from Switzerland and thus its sub-sector Swisscash is equally doubtful.

Answer: For a Dominica IBC it is an offshore company, there is privacy policy which the company have to adhere so as to protect the company's interest. Furthermore, there is Confidentiality/Privacy Under Section 112 of the IBC Act it is an offence punishable by a fine of US $25,000.00 and imprisonment for two years for anyone including an auditor or official liquidator to reveal any information regarding a Dominica corporation, except by order of the Court, and solely relating to criminal activities.

The information on the Beneficial Owners is kept at the Registered Office and not available to the public.

Comments: By 1996 Swiss Mutual Fund was allegedly incorporated in Dominica. It is quite impossible that for a company with 48 years of operation in Switzerland without a trace of record after 10 years. Is it possible that the computer data record was missing in the archive of Registrar of Companies in Switzerland? Dr. Urs Stemmler, Swiss Ambassador at Embassy of Switzerland in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur had made the public statement (undated) on their website that Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 “are not registered companies in Switzerland”. In most cases, investors do see favorable changes such as faster receipt of fund by the bank and remittance to the investors' bank account for the withdrawal. Another reason is that offshore banks have strict control for certain limits of funds in the bank so a change of bank is necessary.

3) Sudden change of minimum Telegraphic Transfer limit from USD100.00 to USD500.00 without prior notice to existing Swisscash investors who deposit the money based on the mutual understanding it was USD100.00 and charges was only USD20.00. Now the charges change to USD30-50 almost double the previous limit.

Good ship does not sink easily. If Swisscash is good, it shall last for 3 years without financial problem. Each investment plan lasts for 15 months and by 30 months, they have to pay out 300% each. Even if the Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 has valid IBC number and valid trading documents, there is no assurance that the investment plan can last for many years. In the changing world of today, we see online companies come and go.

Conclusion:

During the research, IBC Regn No was obtained as 00757 and counterchecked with Swisscash Biz to confirm just the number and request for copies of certificate of regn and Memorandum of articles and associations. Of course, documents may not be revealed to non-investors but the consultant has been elusive to my enquiry on IBC number accuracy. Why so secretive if it is an international company, there is no transparency at all?

Swisscash investors are currently making money but my concerns are there is no evidence that Swisscash is originating from Switzerland with 60 years history and that the payouts may be short term only as the returns get higher from 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% for 3 months each. By 8th month, investors can break even with the principal sum being "invested" as they get 115%. From 9th to 15th month, investors get 185% of the principal sum. There is no "cash value" after 15 months have expired. So if there are no new investors coming forth, the scheme will not last for long.

There are not many investors from USA and UK; mainly from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Why?

Someday I may invest in Swisscash if they can prove me wrong!

How long will Swisscash last?
Every Swisscash investor is hoping that Swisscash can last for a long time. Perhaps anticipating to last till 2007 as its website visioned to hit USD1 billion. Now is there a true investment plan in place? Are they involved in investments as claimed? These questions remain unanswered.

What investors are interested are to follow the others who have made quick money from the scheme. Is there true investments governed by the laws of the country in Dominica? Nobody knows for sure! Every investors are hoping for the best and are at the mercy of the off-shore investment virtual company. There is no bank collateral and other form of security given to investors that their guaranteed monthly returns will be fulfilled for all investors. Once the company vanished with the investors' money, there is literally no remedy to recover a single cent. Swisscash has originated in USA and then moved to Commonwealth of Dominica. There could be no investment machinery or business model in USA and cannot operate legally in USA. The 12dailypro.com is what happened today. And Swisscash might be another Ponzi scheme unless there is Company prospectus and other evidence available to rebut this allegation.

Some Swisscash investors are receiving their monthly returns. But this again does not confirm that it is not a Ponzi scheme as possibly new investors money are used to pay off the earlier investors. How long can it last? Nobody know as Swisscash Biz did not want to disclose the information about their activities in the form of company financial report and prospectus.

Even though BNM permits Overseas Investment, there is no indication that they approve the Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 as a legal entity free of Ponzi scheme.

12DailyPro was a version of what is commonly known as a "paid autosurf" program where "investors" deposited money and received an extremely high profit (44%) within a short period (12 days). Charis Johnson created one of the largest modern day versions of the Ponzi scheme. She accumulated a total of over US$1.9 million from the program. More than 300,000 people joined over the course of 8 months, spending over $50 million.

When the program collapsed many of these people lost large sums of money, although the earliest "investors" remained in profit.

On February 24, 2006, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ordered 12DailyPro and its parent company to cease and desist all operations. On February 28, a Los Angeles judge ordered all company assets and records to be turned over to an appointed receiver for investigation. Charis F. Johnson now faces criminal and civil suits from both local and federal agencies.

In the last few years dozens of Ponzi schemes have appeared all over the internet and have used attractive website interfaces to bilk millions of dollars out of unwary investors. 1. SCOPE OF THE SOSA
Swiss Mutual Fund ("Swiss," "we" or "us") operates the Swiss Services, either alone or in conjunction with its affiliates, agents and partners. The Swiss Online Services Agreement ("SOSA" or "Agreement") applies to Swiss's web sites, other electronic channels as described below, and electronic content, services and tools. This includes investment tools, and other services or forums like My Accounts and Learning Center, as well as any features or content we may add in the future. We refer to all of the above as "Swiss Services." This Agreement applies to all Swiss Services regardless of the means by which you access such Swiss Services. Swiss Services may be offered on the Swiss.com domain as well as on other Internet domains operated by our agents or alliance partners. In addition, Swiss Services may be available through other computer, telephonic, e-mail or wireless services or systems, including Swiss's proprietary software and services, and any other computer, telephonic or wireless service or information system Swiss makes available to you, including successors to the systems described above.

We may also ask you to follow additional rules, guidelines or other conditions that govern the use of a particular Swiss Service ("Rules and Guidelines") at the time you register for or use that Swiss Service. The SOSA incorporates by reference the Rules and Guidelines of any Swiss Service for which you register.

2. REVISIONS AND RELATION TO OTHER AGREEMENTS OR DISCLOSURES
Swiss may revise the SOSA at any time, and you agree to be bound by future revisions. It is your responsibility to visit the link at the bottom of the Swiss.com home page periodically to review the most current terms and conditions. If you have an account with Swiss, your customer relationship with Swiss is also governed by your account agreements. If there is any conflict between (1) the SOSA and (2) your account agreements, then your account agreements will govern. Swiss may also offer other services from time to time that are governed by different or additional terms and conditions. Swiss Services are subject to any disclosures or disclaimers found within the Swiss Services .

3. REGISTRATION INFORMATION, PRIVACY AND PERSONALIZATION
When you register for a Swiss Service, we may ask you to give us certain identifying information ("Registration"). You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You also agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with another person, entity or association, use false headers or otherwise conceal your identity from Swiss for any purpose. We agree to treat with care the information you entrust to us, in accordance with the disclosures we give during the Registration process and in our Privacy Policy .

For your protection and the protection of our other customers and Web site users, we ask you not to share your Registration information (including passwords, User Names , and screen names) with any other person for the purpose of facilitating their access and unauthorized use of Swiss Services. You alone are responsible for all transactions initiated, messages posted, statements made, or acts or omissions that occur within any Swiss Service through the use of your Registration information.

Swiss may offer you the opportunity to personalize a Swiss Service or your online experience. 4. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR REGISTRATION

5. SWISS'S LICENSE TO YOU
Swiss grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal license to access and use the Swiss Services. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with the terms and conditions in the SOSA.

6. YOUR LICENSE TO SWISS
Unless otherwise indicated for a particular Swiss Service, any communications or material of any kind that you e-mail, post or otherwise transmit through the Swiss Services, including data, questions, comments, or suggestions (your "Communications") will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You hereby grant a license to Swiss to reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast, or post your Communications either on the Swiss Web site or elsewhere with no liability or obligation to you. Swiss is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your Communications for any purpose including, but not limited to, developing and marketing products using such information.

7. USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Swiss may use third-party service providers to assist in providing certain Swiss Services with or without notice to you. Swiss may also change Third-Party Service Providers or may itself provide a Swiss Service without the assistance of such a third party. You consent and authorize Swiss to delegate the authorizations you provide to Swiss to its Third-Party Service Provider(s) as Swiss deems necessary or desirable to provide the applicable Swiss Service to you. You agree that the terms and conditions of the SOSA, including any of the other terms, conditions, warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers incorporated into this Agreement, inure to the benefit of such Third-Party Service Providers and such Third-Party Service Providers are deemed to be third-party beneficiaries of the SOSA, including any other terms, conditions, warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers incorporated into this Agreement. You also agree that all references to "Swiss" within the SOSA and any incorporated terms are also deemed to include, where applicable, Swiss's agents, such as the Third-Party Service Providers.
To protect the privacy and security of your personal information, Third-Party Service Providers will only be authorized to use or maintain your personal information only in accordance with Swiss's privacy policy.

8. NOTICES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
You agree to accept all communications from us regarding use of the Swiss Services at the addresses you provide during Registration. Please promptly update any changes to your registration information by using the "Update User Information" link associated with each Swiss Service. Swiss is entitled to rely on the e-mail address and U.S. mail address that you last provided to us. You agree to waive all claims resulting from failure to receive communications because of changes in your e-mail or U.S. mail address. From time-to-time we would like to send you information about Swiss products and services. If you register for a Swiss Service, you are granting Swiss permission to communicate with you by e-mail. You can opt not to receive such information from us in the future by following the instructions in any e-mail that we send to you.
You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent or agreement you transmit through the Swiss Services you access by computer or other electronic device, including internet, telephonic and wireless devices, including but not limited to any consent you give to receive communications from us solely through electronic transmission. 10. MARKET INFORMATION
We may make available to you through one or more Swiss Services a broad range of financial information that we obtain through Third-Party Service Providers. This includes financial market data, quotes, news, analyst opinions, and research reports. Collectively, we refer to this as "Market Information." Swiss does not endorse or approve Market Information, and we make it available to you only as a service and convenience. Swiss and our Third-Party Service Providers do not (1) guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of Market Information, or (2) warrant any results from your use or reliance on Market Information. Swiss and/or its employees or directors as well as its affiliates, consultants and Third-Party Service Providers may have clients with positions in securities or companies referenced in Market Information and may, as principal or agent, buy from or sell to customers. Swiss, its affiliates and agents are entitled, but not obligated, to review or retain your Communications. We and our Third-Party Service Providers may monitor your Communications to evaluate the quality of service you receive, your compliance with the SOSA, the security of the Swiss Services, or for other reasons. You agree that these monitoring activities will not entitle you to any cause of action or other right with respect to the manner in which Swiss or its Third-Party Service Providers monitor your Communications and enforce or fail to enforce the Rules and Guidelines of any Swiss Service and the terms of the SOSA. In no event will Swiss or its Third-Party Service Providers be liable for any costs, damages, expenses or any other liabilities incurred by you as a result of any monitoring activities.

16. HYPERLINKS
Swiss may make available links from a Swiss Service to other third-party sites or electronic services providers that are not affiliated with Swiss. Swiss does not control these other sites or services, and Swiss makes no representations or endorsements whatsoever concerning those sites or services. The fact that Swiss has provided a link to a site is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation with respect to such site, its owners, or its providers. There are risks in using any information, software, service or product found on the Internet, and Swiss cautions you to make sure you understand these risks before retrieving, using, relying upon, or purchasing anything via the Internet. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT IN ANY WAY HOLD SWISS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SELECTION OR RETENTION OF, OR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF, THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWISS SERVICES.

Because some states prohibit the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states the limitation of liability only with respect to consequential or incidental damages may not apply to you, and the respective liability of Swiss and its Third Party Service Providers, employees, distributors and agents is limited to the greatest extent allowable under applicable law in those states.

Frankly speaking I know a guy who told me that his withdrawal was delayed since 4-12-2006 and asked me for help. I helped him on the condition that he will join my team when he get the money about USD6000 in his bank account. He agreed and I helped to follow up with SwissCash and was told that they would check with their out-sourced payment provider to trace for the fund. There were several correspondence with SwissCash admin and eventually he received the fund in his bank account on 16-1-2007. It took him 32 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) to receive the money. Then he broke his promise and I received no reward.

I was skeptical that SwissCash's 3rd party payment provider was efficient in their services. I asked SwissCash to reveal their contact details and blacklist those inefficient payment providers. But the 3rd party payment provider's contact details was never disclosed.

On 27-1-2007 I submitted Outgoing Money Transfer on the withdrawal of USD600 e-points so as to convert to the local currency in my bank account. On 1-2-2007 my withdrawal was approved and SwissCash's SMS inform me that I may check with my bank account in 3 biz days. I was skeptical that SwissCash's 3rd party payment provider would be so efficient to handle the money transfer. I checked my bank account on 2-2-2007 and was pleasantly surprised that the money was already credited to my bank account. It merely takes 5 biz days from my submission to the receipt of fund in my bank account, excluding Saturday and Sunday as told by SwissCash.

Is SwissCash a MLM scheme?

but it cannot be categorised as a MLM because of this simple fact:

A MLM survives by sales volume.
The sales volume is generated monthly through its members' sales.
The members' recurring sales per month mostly achieved through automate* or maintenance** creates the company total monthly sales and from the sales volume, a portion is returned to the members as commission (called benefit)

In SwissCash, there is no requirement for monthly sales quota.
There is no requirement for monthly maintenance.

One have to read and analyse the news report with other independent sources and not swallow everything as the truth. So far the scam has no association with SwissCash. It was an old news in Malaysia and Singapore reporter is making it as a new report but with full of inaccuracies.
